Advanced Profiles and PM Quick Reply

I have added advanced profiles to our board, which you will find when you view a member's page. However, if you are not pleased with the look of this, there is a button at the top of the profile that will switch it back to classic view.

Let me know what you guys think of this, and if you want to keep it or not.

Also, while I was at it, I modified the PM system so that the reply area will appear above the last PM message you have received. This is a minor change, but makes life easier when answering PM messages.

I have removed advanced profiles for the time being in order to bring back the rep system.
