At one point after Cell becomes Perfect and before the Cell Games, there's some padding in which you need to retrieve the Dragon Balls. One of these involves fighting Cyborg Tao, and features different dialogue depending on who you're playing as.
Vegeta: Vegeta is rude and demands the Dragon Ball. Vodka tells Tao to fight him.
Trunks: Trunks sounds more like a generic superhero, gets called a punk, and Tao fights him.
Piccolo: Tao recognised Piccolo as King Piccolo. They seem non-hostile until Piccolo reveals he's after their Dragon Ball. At which point Vodka tells Tao to fight him.
Gohan: Tao is shocked and thinks Gohan might be Goku. Gohan introduces himself and reveals himself to be Goku's son. Tao is shocked and doesn't want to fight him, but eventually does.
Goku: Goku opens with "Hey General Tao!" and re-introduces himself. Tao takes a moment, but then remembers, and seems frightened. He doesn't want to fight until Vodka demands it.
