Jason wins. He's been to hell and back, and he's beaten Freddy. Mike won't stand a chance, and I haven't seen Beetlejuice.

Betelgeuse wins no difficulty. Neither Jason nor Michael speak, and you need to say Betelgeuse 3 times to get rid of him, or summon a sand worm, or perhaps use an incantation, all things Jason not Michael would do or be able to.
By comparison Betelgeuse might as well have toon force since he can change reality and appear as part of the environment like how he became a snake from the bannister railing.
And to top it all of, he's seen The Exorcist a hundred and sixty-seven times, and it keeps getting funnier every time he sees it, not to mention you're talking about a dead guy, now what do you think?
