Hmm. It was cute. Not too much to say at this point. Beerus seems a little more sinister, which is good, he needs to keep an edge. I like Beerus staying in the grey area.


Also, anyone reading needs to beware of spoilers. Nothing to heavy yet, but just a fair warning to those who continue on in the thread.

I don't like the art much. You can tell it's not Toriyama drawing it.

The art might be a bit weird to some newer viewers, but it's still good. Toyble has improved for sure. Wish he had time to keep up with his AF story as well...

The last bit bothered me. It's as if this first chapter is before Battle of Gods, or is a different adaptation of Battle of Gods, because Beerus says he only just recently dreamed about the Super Saiyan God.

Wonder if Beerus will be another totally evil villain like Freeza/Cell or actually be more multi-dimensional. Seems like the latter thankfully.

Considering he appeared in the epilogue artwork of the manga, probably not. His fortune just ran out as it would eventually.

As much as I wish so with all the inconsistencies it had, it seems FnF happened in the DBS canon, though probably not immediately (as the manga shows DBS starting before BoG).

I like the idea of "remaking" BOG. Perhaps they can fix it because the new universes they introduces are awesome. So is beerus.

I certainly like the design, and after looking at the story, I don't mind an alteration of BoG. Not as bad as I thought it was.
