Say what you want about the show itself, but Attack on Titan has one of the best soundtracks I've heard.

Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood have great soundtracks. The first series might have slightly better music overall (mainly because of Bratja), but Brotherhood still has some great pieces.

Death Note has real good atmospheric music. I guess that's what you'd call it. It sets the mood real good. Yeh.
