Let's say that, tapping into the memories of DBS inbred Galu, GT Galu also knew Hakai. How does this change the events of the story?

Hakai can be broken or controlled if the opponent is substantially stronger than the user so unless Goku gets a power increase as well Hakai isn't making much of a difference.

What if he just destroyed infant Baby after he was driven out of Trunks, or destroyed Baby along with Rild when they were merged on M2?
