Hercule and Videl VS UFC Fighters

I think I will go with Videl and Hercule. Videl broke Spopovich's neck and Hercule ran up a cliff and back down in seconds. They aren't superhumans but beat 95% of real life ppl.

Well if AT says Bob Sapp is stronger than Hercule then I am not arguing with it. What are Bob Sapp's feats though?

The cornerman gives them a drink of water and the cutman puts vaseline on their face and the manga smudges. Then Pantoja rips it up and goes to tell the other UFc fighters hey I beat Mr Satan, but suddenly one of them runs away! It's Jon Jones running from the police and he goes to hide under the cage. Then he runs back out 1 second later, running back to police saying "please arrest me!". Pantoja is like whaaaat? and looks under the cage and sees a cardboard mask of Tom Aspinall.

I would say Mr. Satan should be viewed as a legitimate champ in a weak era. So any generational type of fighters should probably have the edge on him. Videl on the other hand is a legitimate peak human as far as I can see.
I think Videl is up there with anybody, but I'm probably still going to lean towards the GOATs having the edge over her probably. It's a bit tougher to figure this one out.
But I think the Mike Tysons and so on should probably still beat her. But she's basically peak human as far as I can see.
Launch should most likely be in the mix here as well, Launch is also peak human imo, she does the RRA soldiers absolutely dirty and no one has ever had an answer for her. She just runs through the majority of the human world until she runs into some actual super humans.
I wouldn't be surprised if Launch is too much for Hercule and Videl though.
