Even though it's well acepted that Movie 9 Vegeta and Trunks are 1st Post RoSaT SSjinG 2, I will still show the differences between Movie 8 Vegeta and Trunks to Movie 9 Vegeta and Trunks to show how in Movie 8, they are SSjinG 2 while in Movie 9 they are SSjins.
Vegeta transforms:
Seems to get buff.
Look how Vegeta's body and muscles are all huge.
His head looks smaller than his body.
Look how huge Vegeta's arms are:
Look how buff Trunks is as his jacket even got torn apart.
Vegeta kicks Broli like he did against Cell because it's the same SSjinG 2 Vegeta.
Vegeta looks buff as hell
Look how SSjinG 2 Vegeta goes back to base. You can see the muscle's size difference.
Look how huge Future Trunks is:
Look how huge Future Trunks's neck is
Vegeta transforms. Notice the muscles difference
Vegeta seems grade 2 here:

Future Trunks transforms. No muscles change. The Jacket doesn't get torn apart.
Looks SSjin.
No grade 2 features.
Looks too skinny.
Goes back to base. No muscles change.
Vegeta appears
Definitely SSjin.
Looks SSjin. No huge muscles.
Future Trunks looks SSjin.
Looks like a regular SSjin.
Just SSjin.
Both Future Trunks and Vegeta are not buff.
