As we know, the Saiyans unlock Ascended and Ultra SSJ after the time in the ROSAT. In Legacy of Goku II, with the exception of text like Vegeta saying "I'm an Ascended Saiyan" it's virtually the same as SSJ in the game, same sprites and everything, with no noticeable buff over pre-ROSAT SSJ. However, I noticed that after the ROSAT, both Vegeta and Trunks move considerably slower in SSJ than they did previously. Even before Trunks' fight with Perfect Cell, his SSJ transformation is noticeably slower in speed than earlier in the game.
