Should Black Frieza currently be even more powerful than Black Frieza (Chapter 87)?

I'm thinking that maybe UI Goku, Mega Instinct Vegeta and Beast Gohan are not too far from Black Frieza (Chapter 87), however, it is most likely that Black Frieza wants to maintain his supremacy over the Saiyans and continue to get stronger, which would mean What Black Frieza (Current) >>>>> Black Frieza (Chapter 87) >> UI Goku / Mega Instinct Vegeta / Beast Gohan (Current)?

Or do you think that perhaps Black Frieza reached such a high power, not very accessible to mortals, and that from there, he cannot be strengthened much more?

Black Freeza hasn't been seen since that chapter so it doesn't make sense to assume any power growth, especially since the article that said he was close to GoD level was only talking about that version of him.

I think the latter is potentially true, given Freeza's superiority complex, he probably trained to the point of maxing his potential out so nothing Goku and Vegeta could do can surpass him, including Gogeta.
