I have Super 13 at 80-85% of Android 16. Daizenshuu states 16 is still the strongest android excluding Cell, and there's nothing contradicting it.

As far as I'm concerned, #13 would be annihilated by it. He was already being budged by Weighted Piccolo's kicks, after all. Whilst there's some inconsistency with Base Vegeta's attacks doing the same effect, there's still absolutely nothing to suggest Super #13 is close to #16's tier via feats or statements.

I think Super #13 is copy version of #16 who is equal to Cell who tanked Piccolo's light grenade. #13 might be weaker than #16 but not that much which I expect him to tank it with little scratches.

Was that even light grenade he used?
Piccolo was pretty much done after the attack
And while the attack was strong looking and had decent size, didn't look like much
But yeah I guess what I said was an exaggeration

I think lot of people hype that attack so much I mean there is another attack of piccolo ..Kakusan YÅ«dÅ￾ Kikoha (hellzone grenade) which I guess doesnt have the amp of *2 yet piccolo still used this instead of makankosappo (special beam cannon)



Also 13 tanked piccolo's kick whilst he was fresh. Cell tanked maybe even a non-amped attack from a half dead piccolo.

The blast would probably push him back a lot and do a bit more damage than it did to Cell, but certainly not kill him.

By feats i have the gap of #13 and #16 just like the gap between Godku and Beerus

so #13 is around 4x Piccolo , but the Light Grenade didnt even budge Cell who is around #16
I Think #13 would survive but severely injured IMO

I personally have Super 13, 16, and Post Humans Cell all as equals so I think he'd take it like Cell did.
