He'd be too preoccupied by 'dat Shin-jin poon tang to care about the NINGEN, thus meaning the Future Trunks/Zamasu Arc never happens. This doesn't change much for the Anime, though Manga-wise it means Vegeta wouldn't have an incentive to utilise SSB efficiently and Galu wouldn't have a reason to quickly master it. Therefor, in the ToP, Universe 7 ultimately loses against U11. Whether or not they're gone permanently, we'll have to wait for the arc to conclude in order to decide, though I'd assume so.
