Goku never brought up fusion or the fact that it wouldn't be enough to beat Beerus?
Would you still have Beerus > SSJG Goku > Vegito ? or would you have Beerus > Vegito > SSJG Goku, maybe you'd even have Vegito > Beerus > SSJG Goku

One could come to the same conclusion because he would refrain from using Vegetto anyways. Under the knowledge that his family and friends are in jeopardy -yet he still chooses the Saiyan God transformation over it, then it is implied that he felt the Saiyan God transformation would yield better results than the Potara fusion. However more effective he believes the Saiyan God transformation to be would essentially be subjective.

Hmmm that makes sense.
Most people (Including you if I remember correctly) have Raging Vegeta > Vegito. Would you still have it like that if Goku never mentioned Fusion?

That is difficult to say. There are too many variables in play to determine anything accurately.

a) Are all of Goku's statements while in the Saiyan God transformation still relevant?

If so, than yes, he would definitely still be stronger. Because Goku is completely astounded by the amount of power that the Super Saiyan God was capable of, yet he undergoes three or four additional power-ups afterwards. Simultaneously, this means that Goku's predetermined expectations for whatever Vegetto was capable of were surpassed by a large degree.

If Goku never brought up fusion or the fact that it wouldn't be enough to beat Beers:
SS3 Vegetto > Beers > SSG Goku

If Goku did bring up fusion or the fact that it wouldn't be enough to beat Beers:
SS3 Vegetto > Beers > SSG Goku > SS3 Gogeta

Yup, everything that Goku says as a SSJG remains unchanged, pretty much the only thing removed is his commented about fusion on King Kai's planet.

Vegeta was able to push Beerus into using 10% of his total battle power, and he even managed to bloody him. Goku's initial transformation into Saiyan God surpassed all his predetermined expectations for Vegetto, yet he still is unable to track the movements of Beerus and he still goes through 3-4 massive power-ups during his battle against the God Of Destruction.

Regardless of how powerful you have Vegetto, he would still be comparable to Raging Vegeta at some level. There just isn't enough room between Initial Saiyan God Goku and Vegetto SSj3 for Vegetto to be much different -if at all, from Raging Vegeta.

We know Vegetto couldn't win because there were two sets of Potaras in existence and a least one of their wearers can teleport. He has no reason not to consider Vegetto. As a side note, whenever I make a power level list, I always make SSJG Goku exactly 50% stronger than SSJ3 Anime Vegetto.
