Hit wins IMO. Jiren never did anything impressive skill wise that outperforms the Time Skip or Hit's assassin techniques

Toppo vs Merged Zamasu

Goku didn't seem to use CSSB against Toppo, at least not entirely, so Zamasu stomps.

Nappa VS 3 adult Namekians
Goku stated defeating Toppo would be difficult, what implies he'd need CSSJB to be a match.

As for the match, this Nappa against the Z Fighters, right? If it is, then the Nameks stomp. Nappa had to brace himself and put a lot of effort to deflect Gohan's Masenko, which is pretty close to the Namekians alone.

It's somewhat hard to tell considering both were implied to be below [vs old Piccolo] Goku (well, Karin was outright stated to be so). I'd give it to Mutaito though considering Karin seemed to be having some problems dodging Goku when this latter was about to get the water, so at least speed-wise I'd say Karin is pretty outclassed here.

Roshi wins. Regardless of whether or not Tambourine's stronger, Roshi's techniques such as the Bankoku Bikkuri Sho and Yoiko Minmin-ken would give him a definite edge

I was talking about his full power self.

In that case, FP Nappa VS 3 Namekians

Nappa stomps the three of them at once. He was powerfik enough to give >8k Goku a tough time, whereas the Namekians have a power of 3k each at best.

Kid Trunks stomps, since I doubt Future Trunks got any stronger in those 3 years, at least not to the level he could rival MSSJ Goku.

SS3 Galu (Freeza Arc) VS #16
- No SS3 stamina drain.
- If Goku gets stomped, make it his SS3 post-Yardrat self.

Well, since I like to have the grade 3 and SSJ2 power ups as providing each more or less the same boost with the obvious speed difference, I'd like to have the SSJ2 multiplier as 3x SSJ, which is like the least one could go to SSJG3 considering it easily outclasses a a foe strong enough to easily deal with someone whose transformation is already significantly stronger than the SSJ one. I honestly don't have a problem with the SSJ3 transformation boost and even think it could be less than 4x to match with the implications of fat Boo being not too much more than 2x above SSJ2 Teen Gohan, but I don't see the problem with it either, so I am gonna be considering the SSJ2 as 3x the SSJ and the SSJ3 as 4x the SSJ2, which according to my numbers would place a hypothetical Freeza arc Goku as wayyy above #16, to the point he could tank him almost as easily as Semi Cell did.

Goku (vs Freeza) -- 3,900,000
--> SSJ : 195,000,000
--> SSJ2 : 585,000,000
--> SSJ3 : 2,340,000,000

Android #16 : 1,250,000,000

Semi Cell : 2,500,000,000

We're not given much of an indication of how much stronger Piccolo got in the manga beyond :troll confirming he keeps training like Goku and Vegeta in his spare time, at least not until Super gets up to this point. For what the Z anime is worth though, Vegeta should stomp seeing as how Piccolo outright told Goku he couldn't compete with the likes of him anymore, and I'd assume the no SSJ rule was still a factor for the Budokai.

Likely Taopaipai based on what feats we've seen of him. The only decent skill feats Gohan had were through already knowing Goku's fighting style, so they weren't anywhere near as impressive as Taopaipai's tongue feat or his filler feat of redirecting a bullet with his slipper.

I don't know why or how it happened but current SSJB Goku seems to be stronger than inital UI already. Limit Break SSB Vegeta seems to be equal to some level of current Kaioken SSJB Goku so I'd have to say he could potentially oneshot if he's able to land a hit.

Hit stomps. Anilaza probably isn't much more than 4-5x SSB tier considering the combined attack was able to cushion #17's shield from Anilaza's full power attack, whereas Hit's at least over 20x SSB Goku's level given his performance against Jiren.
Current Base Goku (100%) runs the ToP gauntlet
Honestly impossible to say at this point. Toei flip flops so much between Goku's strength remaining the same in all forms throughout to it increasing several fold that it's going to be impossible to judge him accurately until the end of the ToP. At the very most, he beats a few people close to SSJ tier like Frost due to Jiren's implication of Current KKX20 Blue Galu > UI Galu.
