Baby Vegeta is coming to FighterZ.

Even though I quickly lost interest in FighterZ for its main appeal just being to git gud online and it constantly adding DLC for characters that really should've just been in the base game, I can at least appreciate they're finally giving more shine to GT characters rather than milking Super because it's new. Sure, they had GT Goku, but it didn't really have the same impact with how many Gokus already take up the game's small roster.

Doubt it, considering giant characters wouldn't fit with FighterZ's playstyle and it's doubtful it'd be treat as an ultimate when it didn't seem as though Golden Oozaru Baby was a reversable transformation outside of him abandoning his host when he still maintained the form when KO'd. Base Vegeta didn't get Oozaru as a special move, after all.

Yeah it could be a dramatic finish against GT Galu. Maybe Galu goes SSJ4 whether Baby wins or not, and when Baby wins he turns Golden Oozaru and blasts him with a mouth beam/fire breath or a Revenge Death Ball? (Galu could use a 10x Kamehameha to blast Baby's tail off and then send him into the sun I guess)

Eh, the only characters off the top of the head that wasn't DLC worthy at the time of release was Base Goku/Vegeta. You could say some DBS characters should have already been in it, but the game was created around the time of the Goku Black arc and since DBS was the hot shit back then, there is no reason for them to not take advantage of the potential cash flow with characters like MUI Goku.

Trailer for Super Baby 2 has been out a while for those that didn't know, confirming the Golden Oozaru form is seemingly an ultimate similar to SSJ Goku going SS3. Also, it looks as though Baby has the ability to receive support from a KO'd enemy via possessing them, making him pretty OP. SS4 Gogeta also got confirmed.

With SSJ4 Gogeta making it in, do you guys think Yi Xing Long (probably in Super form) or possibly Super #17 might be added next? Of course, we can't rule out some Super characters for the next FighterZ pass either, like Toppo and SSJBE Vegeta. Or maybe they could go back to OG DB and add in Piccolo Daimao for some interesting interactions with Junior Piccolo, (the several) Galus and Gohans?

Super Yi Xing Long seems like the most logical route due to interactions with GT Goku and SS4 Gogeta as well as him having a lot to work with for a moveset due to the varied abilities of the Evil Dragons. It won't be a while until we see though, since SS4 Gogeta was the last new character out of the 5 slated for this season.

Special move-wise, the Ultimate Impact, his Bluff Kamehameha that has potential as a status move if utilised similar to how it was in Infinite World and Xenoverse, as well as his cloning ability. Combo-wise, there's a lot of potential when Gogeta's way of fighting against Yi Xing Long was a lot different to his other appearances.

You do know that Gogeta Blue already takes some moves from his GT counterpart too, right?

The only move I recall they gave to Gogeta Blue from GT was the Big Bang Kamehameha, something that's already been a signature move for Gogeta in all forms in video games since BT3.
