R1: Frieza has no chance in hell in winning this. SS has matter manipulation, cosmic energy, at his peak faster than speed of light, cosmic awareness which means he'll know the weakness of Frieza, phasing, able to read minds, transmute energy.

R3: Depends on how strong Frieza is in the FnF re-do in super.

Basically the same as what Wonton said. Freeza gets one-shotted in the first two scenarios, whereas Round 3 depends on how he scales in comparison to the Gods in DBS. Even then, it seems doubtful he could beat the stronger versions of SS.

Inconsistency. Plus, it wasn't stated that Silver Surfer was going faster than light during that fight against the FF.

The Silver Surfer has a hard time with Thor -whose only a planetary threat. IMO Organic Frieza gives him a decent fight if he goes all out immediately. Post Training Frieza is nearing Universal level -due to the feats of Goku SSJG, so he one shots. Golden Frieza blinks and the Silver Surfer explodes into 1 million tiny shards.

Wrong implications. The real answer is it depends on who's writing the story. It's comics, a lot of characters run into inconsistencies.

Without any writers intervention, Silver Surfer stomps because of the amount of abilities he has;

- Cosmic Awareness: No I need to explain this? Silver Surfer will automatically beware of Frieza's strengths and weaknesses are.

- Energy Manipulation.

- Transmutation.

- Shape Shifter.

- Stamina.

- Telekinesis.

- Teleport.

- Time travel.

All your doing is saying Beerus, Frieza and the dragonball guys are now so strong they can bust universes.... so? Marvel and DC characters can mind rape, warp time and space, and snap a finger and your whole history is erased.

Does Frieza have any defense to mind control? A lot of the problem comes from Silver Surfer being too passive, if he becomes aggressive, he can easily become a powerhouse in both marvel and dc.
