Considering Goku's display of UI against Kefla was enough to give Toppo a solid estimation on the "depths of his power", it's safe to say his 3rd usage and Jiren's power against it weren't that much higher, despite the latter calling Toppo pathetic. I'd say he gets up to Round 4 and gives Jiren mid-diff at best and even assuming he were to win, there's no way he's taking Round 5.

I don't think there's much that puts Destroyer Toppo above the likes of Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-ken x20 Genki-Dama level. Initial Jiren may have some trouble, but he'd still beat Toppo. 2nd UI Omen Goku and SSJ2 Kefla would rape him thoroughly.
