I say so, especially considering with Dende's statement that anywhere else on Earth wouldn't have been capable of handling the power of their battle.

GT being set past EoZ is the best. It allows the characters to grow and change, which is shown best with Goten and Trunks. It's far better than the stagnant and dry setting of Super.
