We know that Goku's strongest form at the end of the Granolah Arc was his True UI Goku form.
Everything seems to indicate that currently, Goku's strongest form is UI (White Hair), but what about Goku from the Dragon Ball Super Hero Arc?
Most likely it has been a few days or a few weeks since the Dragon Ball Super Hero Arc, but everything seems to indicate that Goku and Vegeta have become much stronger, both in their non-Divine forms and in their Divine forms.
