I disagree with a fair number of posts here. The power chains that we know for sure are:
Androids Goku>Yardrat Goku>/=Future Goku>SSJ Trunks>One-armed Future Gohan>Less than 50% 17 & 18>Two-Armed Future Gohan.
Future Gohan, just before the battle that leads to his death, says he is weaker than his father. Future Goku would be stronger than Yardrat/Namek Goku by an unknown amount. A year prior Gohan was weaker than less than 50% 17 & 18. Future Trunks says Yardrat Goku is even better than the stories of Future Goku.
AND you must consider keeping Buu Arc Goku weaker than Freeza in these early numbers as well. Putting Androids Saiyans at 400 million plus is going to make gaps quite tight for Buu arc later on. In addition to that, why should Future Trunks double or nearly triple his power in 8 months(the time it takes to recharge the time machine) while everyone else does the same in 3 years? Dude hardly even needs the RoSaT at that rate.
The bare minimum "stomp gap" would be 9%ish as shown in Vegeta vs Zarbon. Just going by that bare-minimum logic, it would look like this:
