If there is no strain Goku will probably win. Initial Jiren didn't oneshot Goku and still traded blows with him after revealing more of his power when oneshotting Hit, KK Blue is at least twice regular CSSJB Goku meaning it'd be enough to oneshot regular Blue. Gohan and Kefla are nowhere near twice CSSJB Goku either, at least during the ToP.

The team stomps, even without the strain. Even two could put up a pretty good fight.

Pseudo KK PSSJB Goku: 100
