Oh I’m sure he was still a tad weaker.
Suppressed Trunks just needs to be
a good deal above Super Vegeta
and within rivaling range with Suppressed PC.

I think @Power Level Guy numbers work
best here tbh, I’ll change it up a tad just
not to be copy/paste.
I think Trunks confidence at FP warrants
at least 1.2x~1.4x gap over PC.
Left it closer to 1.2x just for simplicity.

I like p's gaps, tho I still really like having a 10x SSJ multiplier and having the base kids ~ 18 (and I bought the idea of them being ~ CGs Vegeta and Trunks), so the gaps would still need to be kinda like 1.6x between all those bigger ones in the Cell saga to me.
