Boo Arc - Part 1

During the 7 year gap, I believe many changes and parallels would occur. Going back to the Cell Games, Cell's clear retreat against Bra would mean Mr. Satan would be unable to swindle the audience. Therefor, he'd approach the Zet-Senshi and say they're worthy of being his students, before whispering to them that he'll bribe them to play along. The friendship between them and himself would start much earlier than in canon, with him quickly finding out the Son family are richer than he is and would have no problems having Videl and Trunks try and become friends, hoping they'd marry in the future so Satan can become even richer. Trunks and Videl indeed form a friendship, with Videl being intrigued to learn about Ki control, of which the addition of Goku and Raditz would provide her advancing far more than in canon through thoroughly training her, to the point that by the time of the Boo Arc her battle power may have reached the millions. Satan likely wouldn't learn Ki control though due to not needing it when he can just bribe the Ki users to improve his image, though he'd bluff about being able to use it when interviewed, saying that if he were to show his Ki use, it'd be so great the Planet may explode.

Meanwhile, the humans would've gained a new resolve. Although far behind the Saiyans and Piccolo, the strength they gained from the Rosat would keep their fighting spirit alive, instead attempting to surpass each other. Due to having the most to provide for in his family life, as well as likely having another child with Chichi, Yamcha would fall behind in order to focus on his career for his family, though would likely end up training with Tenshinhan in the Rosat at one point. After marrying, Kuririn and #18 would likely train regularly and considering it's shown in Super that cyborg Artificial Humans can get stronger through training, she'd likely become relevant to Piccolo or maybe the Super Saiyans by the time of the Boo Arc. Tenshinhan and Chaozu would continue to train in solitude, though they'd keep in touch with the Zet-Senshi more often.

As for the Saiyans, Goku and Raditz would've attained SS2 in the timeskip. As for their respective daughters, Bra and Toben, they'd be more than just female equivalents of Goten and Trunks. I believe that without the need to train for survival, Bra would be far more girly than her future self, though still keen to become strong due to Goku enjoying training her. She likely wouldn't reach Goten's level, however, so we'll say she ends up being around half his strength. Toben, however, would be far more keen to battle due to her parents having hot blooded personalities, making her somewhat similar to Caulifla. Training intensely with her father, uncle, cousins and Videl, she'd attain Super Saiyan at some point, with her power being behind Goten/Trunks' but not by much, likely still surpassing Piccolo.

Skip forward to the start of the Boo Arc and Trunks and Videl would've already started dating. The publicity of the Cell Games and no need to have a quiet life would've made Trunks a celebrity from the Cell Games, with him often turning into the "Golden Warrior" to face criminals in the City. The 25th Tenkaichi Budokai occurs, with some slight differences in the roster. Firstly, the kids' division would boil down to Bra VS Toben in the finals, with Toben far outclassing her cousin and gaining an easy victory. Bra may achieve SSJ in the fight, though it'd make no difference to the plot. As for the adults' division, Yamcha would be far more willing to participate, mainly to help his family's finances, whilst Ten and Chaozu would be easier to get in touch with. As such, they replace Mighty Mask, Killa and Jewel, which also means no Mighty Mask shenanigans with the kids.

The first major change occurs during Videl VS Lord Spopovich, in which Videl would oneshot suppressed Lord :bitch. This means Trunks isn't angry when he faces Kibito and just displays SSJ, though it's power is enough to warrant the same reaction. Things occur as in canon, other than Yamu only gaining about half as much energy, and Ten joins the group when going to Babidi's spaceship.

The battle royale commences, with it mainly boiling down to Yamcha VS #18. I'm going to say that due to Kaioken being Yamcha's main method of staying relevant, he'd train to master it to the point he can use it as SSJ's equivalent, Kaioken x50. However, with #18's training gains, she still beats him after a short amount of time and things go as per normal.

Everything goes as normal, with Raditz simply replacing Vegeta's role. However, Trunks VS Dabura goes far differently. Whilst slacking off somewhat in his skills, Goku and Raditz would've advised Trunks to train enough that he still retains his power and can still go SS2. Dabura isn't much of a challenge and is quickly killed off, though Babidi isn't bothered. Instead he reveals his secret fighter none of them would expect - Cell.

What motivated Eighteen to train harder than in canon?
Was less about her own motivation and more about aiding her husband, much like in the ToP.

Boo Arc - Part 2

During the past 7 years, Cell had explored many Planets in the Galaxy, abusing Zenkais with his regeneration much like Goku did with his Gravity Chamber training via Senzu. I'm going to say that he also makes it to Yardrat, learning Shunkan Ido and decides to take over the Freeza Force after defeating many of their soliders, making them start working for the Galactic Patrol.
Eventually, Cell encountered Babidi and Dabura. Dabura would've spat on Cell, with Cell just managing to escape DBM style. However, before Cell could kill Dabura, Babidi would try to control him. Much like Vegeta, Cell would be interested to see the results of this and become Majin Cell. Marvelling at his new power, Cell would transport Babidi and his spaceship to Earth, hoping to see how strong the Saiyans had become and how this Majin Boo compared to him.

With the power he'd now gained, Cell would overwhelm Goku, Trunks and Raditz, even as Super Saiyan 2s. It would take no time for Boo to be revived, at which point I'll say Raditz and Cell laugh at him much as Dabura did. Raditz gets turned into a cookie and eaten, with Cell reacting to this quickly enough that he separates his head from his body just before the body becomes chocolate. After regenerating, Cell would start easily beating Boo and taunting him, before Boo uses his full power. Due to his Zenkai induced training and Majin boost, Cell would be just strong enough to hold his own against Boo, though it wouldn't take long before he's overwhelmed. Kuririn would then jump in and blind Boo with Taiyoken x100, whilst Piccolo, having planned this with Kuririn, closes his eyes and uses the opening to kill Babidi. Kaioshin would use the situation to escape with Goku and Trunks once they'd recovered, with Cell getting blasted away much as Gohan was. The damage is enough for Cell to gain a Zenkai from regeneration, though just enough for him to be equal to or minimally stronger than Boo and realising the difference in their stamina, Cell decides to make a tactical retreat with Shunkan Ido to Kami's temple.

Arriving soon after, Shin and the two Saiyans would discuss what to do next. Shin would tell them about the Z-Sword, but as Shunkan Ido needs a Ki to lock on to, they wouldn't be able to get there without reviving Kibito. The supporting group lead by Yamcha would go find the Dragon Balls after being informed and Cell and Goku would head inside the Rosat. The main problem is, without Cell to counter Boo or Babidi to control him, Boo would go around attacking randomly. Trunks would wish to stop him, though Shin would tell him he'd need to stay alive to use the Z-Sword. It's here that Yamcha, Kuririn, Tenshinhan, Chaozu and #18 would head to distract Boo whilst Bulma, Videl and the rest gather the remaining Dragon Balls.

Meanwhile in the Rosat, Goku can only stay in for 4 hours, though in that time, he'd start to learn the basics of Shunkan Ido, though not by enough to use it just yet, and gain what he'd been on the verge of achieving, but didn't have the right training method to do so; Super Saiyan 3. Due to limited time, he'd need to leave as soon as attaining it, meaning having no time to get used to the form.

On the outside, the four and a half humans would devise a strategy to halt Boo's assault. Having brought Roshi's glasses with him, Kuririn would hand them to #18 whilst the rest go hide. Kuririn would then unleash the Taiyoken x100 before he and his wife launch multiple Kienzans at Boo, cutting him into pieces. To keep them in place, Chaozu would then use his telekinesis whilst Tenshinhan, Kuririn and Yamcha blast them with a Kikoho, Scatter Kamehameha and Kamehameha respectively. This plan was almost successful, though through a single piece of Boo remaining, it would've failed to destroy Boo. Angered by this desperate situation, Boo would quickly turn Kuririn and #18 into chocolate, before turning his sights on the others. With nothing left to lose, Tenshinhan would use his trump card, the Shin Kikoho on top of Kaioken x20. The power this would generate would be enough to vaporise Boo, though the strain would be so much Ten would die from exhaustion. However, Boo would have removed a piece of his self whilst transmutating Kuririn and #18, since even someone as dumb as Boo would be able to see the gravity of the situation. Yamcha and Chaozu are then quickly done away with before Goku can leave the Rosat. However, it isn't long before he does and speeds towards Boo's location after being healed by Dende.

Seeing his friends had been killed, Goku would be very angry and go SS3 immediately, wanting to kill Boo as soon as possible. Though he'd be overpowering Boo, the stamina drain would prevent him from killing Boo, though before Boo could kill him, Goku would tell him that a far stronger warrior would face Boo in up to 3 days' time and to wait until then. Boo would be excited by this and Goku would be spared for now. By this point, the Dragon Balls would be gathered, with only Kibito being wished back in the case that more casualties arrive. Kibito would Kai Kai to Kami's temple and he, Shin and Trunks would head to the Kaioshinkai. What will happen whilst Trunks inevitably goes through the Elder Kaioshin ritual, however? Find out, next time.

Boo Arc - Part 3

One day later, Cell emerges from the Rosat. Immediately using Shunkan Ido to find Boo, he displays power far beyond even SS3 Goku and trounces Boo with ease. However, he spares Boo, his Saiyan cells wanting to see if Boo can get any stronger and prove a worthy challenge, as well as also believing that if his own evil intent could be pacified, so may Boo's, therefore gaining a permanent strong rival. He tells Boo to train for the next 10 days whilst he recreates the Cell Games ring. In that time, the government would've begged Mr. Satan to stop Boo, or at least halt his destruction until the Cell Games after Cell televises it's revival. Their friendship would go about the same, though with Boo being contained by Cell's open challenge, there'd be nobody acting as though the world was ending, meaning the gunmen never appear.
Meanwhile, Piccolo advises Bra and Toben enter the Rosat, believing their latent power would be a necessary backup plan if they can tap into it. On the Kaioshinkai, things go the same with the Z-Sword breaking and the Elder Kaioshin performing the ritual on Trunks.

10 days pass and Cell faces Boo again. Due to Dai Kaioshin's personality restraining Boo's power, it's increase from training would be minimal if at all. Cell would be disappointed , but wouldn't take the battle as a joke with Boo using his regeneration and candy beam efficiently. Cell decides to fire Death Beams at Boo for fun once he's covered some distance. However, one manages to hit a nearby Satan, causing Boo's anger to explode and things lead up to Pure Evil Boo eating Good Boo and Evil Boo being formed. Cell would let this go on and hope he now has a challenge. Keeping his power at it's initial level, Boo would prove a good match for Cell. Whilst Boo could easily kill Cell with his full power, he was intrigued at how Cell kept getting far stronger. He lets Cell blast him to pieces, only to wrap those parts around Cell and absorb him.

Seeing this happen, things seem hopeless. Not only has Cell been defeated, but the knowledge Boo has gained means he knows almost everything happening with the Zet-Senshi. He immediately heads to Kami's Temple and annihilates everyone, also destroying the main building so Bra and Toben can't escape the Rosat. Perceiving Trunks as another potential threat, Boo thinks about heading to the Kaioshinkai, but Trunks' Ki has yet to grow to the extent he can sense it from Earth. However, at this point, some unexpected saviours arrive. Having learnt Shunkan Ido from Cell, Goku is able to escape to Kaio's and finds the Kaioshinkai before Boo can lock on to his Ki, also stopping Boo from finding it.

The time machine from Future Bra's timeline appears at Capsule Corp. With Vegeta still wanting to see how those of this timeline stacked up, he, Bra, Trunks and Cell would've headed to this timeline. Bulma would've recreated three of the Micro-Bands so they could fit into the Time Machine. Sensing a huge, evil Ki, Trunks would deduce that Majin Boo had been revived in this timeline. Knowing they were the last line of defence, they'd head to face Boo. Trunks would note that even with the training that he'd done in the afterlife, his SS3 form would still not be a match for Boo, to which he'd propose Fusion. I believe that he'd have spent enough time in the Otherworld to learn it from the Metamorans as his father did in the series. With Trunks feeling a bit uneasy about fusing with a female, especially his sister, and Vegeta having developed his protective nature of his wife, Trunks and Vegeta would be the choice for fusion, not to mention they'd likely be the strongest of the group at this point. Seeing the dance as something strange that's likely a power up, Cell Boo would be far more cautious than had he not absorbed Cell and stop their dance. It then becomes a case of trying to get the chance to perform it, much as the post-Gogeta fight against Yi Xing Long was for a while. An opening is then provided by Cell draining Boo's energy, though knowing of this from Cell's memories, Boo quickly turns him into chocolate. Bra starts blasting Boo in this moment in her Enhanced SS2 form and gives her brother and husband the opportunity they need. However, this comes at the price of her also becoming a meal for Boo. Fortunately, the dance is a success and with their power from 7 years of training, with Trunks having already gained much power from years of Other World training and Vegeta having been far stronger than his canon self at the Cell Games, Vegeks would be far more powerful than Gogeta during the Boo Arc, but will it be enough to beat Boo in time?

How did Goku learn Instant Transmission so fast? In canon, it took him one year.
He was in the Rosat for a few months and I believe the importance of the situation compared to the casual atmosphere of that year would have his resolve to master it be far greater than in canon. Even if you believe he wouldn't be able to master it in that amount of time with those factors, you can just ignore it and say he gets to Fat Boo at high speed by going SS2, since Galu's role in this version of the arc is basically over now tbh.

Boo Arc - Part 4

Vegeks powers up to SS3 in order to finish things as quickly as possible. Though far stronger than Boo, the Majin quickly becomes aware of how he's outmatched and spams Shunkan Ido to survive a long time, his infinite stamina allowing doing so to be easy. Eventually, the fusion wears off but as Boo is about to kill both of them, Trunks uses the Taiyoken to escape. Boo soon decides to destroy the planet. Before he can do so, however, Present Trunks finishes the ritual and Goku transports his son to Earth, the climactic battle having arrived.

With Boo having absorbed Cell, the difference between them is far less than before, though Ultimate Trunks holds the advantage. Once more, Cell Boo makes good use of Shunkan Ido and regeneration as well as Cell's techniques to keep Trunks on edge, leaving things quite tense. Seeing the holes within Boo's head, Future Trunks formulates a plan for him and Vegeta to use their mico-bands to enter Boo's body and rip Cell out from the inside. Things occur as in canon, though with Boo being unable to stop this internal threat when occupied with Trunks. Good Boo is also ripped out, with Vegeta taking him along with Trunks taking Cell as Vegeta is unaware who the fat creature is. Pure Boo appears after they exit and Present Trunks kills him before he can destroy the Earth. The matters with Good Boo are resolved thanks to Goku having looked at what was going on with him and Satan, Cell apologises for everything and decides to stay on Earth to protect it. He then uses Shunkan Ido to go to Namek and wish for all Boo's victims to be revived, for all memories of Boo to be erased from the general public and for the door to the Rosat to be restored. The future group return to their timeline after a few days of sparring and catching up with the main cast and all is well after that for the next five years.

Super

With Trunks and Videl becoming a couple far sooner than Gohan and Videl did, I'd say Pan is already a few months old by the start of Super. The events of Battle of Gods go roughly the same as in canon, with Raditz even filling Vegeta's role of gaining a rage boost after Chichi gets slapped. Cell may be eligible for the God ritual, though I believe he'd decline regardless due to not considering himself pure of heart. There is some debate on who should become the God candidate at first, with the group eventually deciding on Goku. Like his canon Super self, he would've surpassed Trunks at this point and would overall be the best candidate. The arc then goes the same, along with the events after it of Raditz requesting training from Whis. with Goku soon following. Cell would also request training, with Whis seeing enough potential in him to oblige. This Cell would've had his potential unlocked by Elder Kaioshin prior, making him stronger than any of the main cast outside of Enraged Raditz and SSG Goku.

The events of FnF start very similarly, with the major exception being that Raditz's rage leads to him requesting to fight Freeza. The fight between SSB Raditz and Golden Freeza is somewhat similar to that of Goku and Freeza, though Raditz's lesser potential makes him only about as strong as BoG SSG Goku and leads to him quickly getting defeated. Goku jumps in and continues the fight, though eventually takes a laser to the chest once Freeza's stamina starts to wane. It's then that Cell in and kills Sorbet. Despite receiving God training, Cell still isn't on the level of SSG tier and is quickly stomped, though keeps getting up through his regeneration. All this is a distraction so that Raditz can get up and share a Senzu with Goku, the two returning to full strength and Raditz letting Goku handle Freeza. The ending becomes a reverse of FnF, Goku succumbing to Freeza destroying the planet, Whis resetting time and Raditz getting his revenge against Freeza with a Double Sunday.

The Universe 6 tournament receives the most changes for Super thus far, with the U7 roster being Goku, Raditz, Cell, Trunks and Monaka. Unlike Gohan, Trunks wouldn't be so concerned with family life or work as to slack off completely, training intensely with Goku and Raditz after his beatdown in the previous arc and reaching a level on par with their SS3 selves. After Goku's loss against Frost, Raditz steps up and quickly KO's him before he has a chance to even use his poison, though the poison is later identified. The fights between Magetta and Cabba go more or less the same, with Raditz being quickly beaten by Hit. With Cell having Goku's cells and natural fighting instinct, he quickly catches on to countering Hit's time skip, though is beaten once Hit uses his full power Time Skip. Trunks is easily defeated and Goku re-enters, beating this slightly fatigued Hit with SSB. Zen-Oh arrives and things go as normal.

Zamasu's story is where things change significantly, with Beerus still alive in the future timeline, he would choose a different timeline or universe to build up his plan, being dealt with by the Daishinkan once things advance far enough. Following the more logical manga continuity, this means Goku and Raditz don't achieve PSSB. This heavily affects the ToP in which U7 would be significantly weaker because of it, though Goku and Raditz would likely enter the Rosat and achieve it through training there after Goku gets stomped by Toppo. They wouldn't add Freeza as Cell would fill the role, which will heavily effect the climax. The first major difference for the actual tournament would be Freeza not manipulating Frost means it takes far longer for someone to go ahead and solo Universe 9, with Kuririn and Tenshinhan avoiding being KO'd for a slight while longer. Trunks training more so than Gohan would also lead to him gaining a decisive victory against Kefla, allowing for him to aid in the finale. One interesting change would be the dynamic between #17, #18 and Cell, with the twins hating the idea of working with him. After Raditz and Trunks are defeated by Toppo and Jiren, #17 formulates a plan with Cell as a last resort. Rather than only pretending to self-destruct, he proposes for Cell to absorb him if Goku is defeated. Goku achieves Ultra Instinct and almost defeats Jiren, but the form wears out before he can and either Jiren or Toppo take him out. With no other option, Cell absorbs #17 and gains power comparable to Jiren's full power, easily defeating Toppo and the fatigued Jiren. He then makes the same wish #17 did and all returns to normal. He then uses Earth's Dragon Balls to remove #17 from himself, thanking #17 for sacrificing his pride and swears to achieve such power by his own means through training.

The Broly Arc doesn't occur at all due to the lack of Freeza. As for the Moro Arc, Raditz takes Vegeta's role, though is beaten even quicker. After the events of the ToP, he would've stopped training due to conceding he can never match his brother now and even during the tournament, his power was lagging behind enough to lose to Toppo. The main change though is that due to living at Capsule Corp. Trunks would participate in the battle against Moro. Things occur the same though up until the current events of the manga once everyone's Ki gets restored, though we'll have to see what Moro's wish was before continuing any further...

It's good to see how you make an effort to keep things tense despite the heroes being far more powerful than canon. It goes to show what would happen if AT started thinking outside the box. I particularly enjoyed your write-up on this version of Cell Arc. It also sounds like the characters would have been far more dynamic than in canon.

Time to make a power tier list just for fun ;).

Let's start now.

Saiyan arc

Tier 1

Vegeta
Raditz (End)
Goku (End)
Trunks (End)

Tier 2

Piccolo (End)/Nappa

Tier 3

Tien (End)
Krillin (End)
Chaozu (End)

Tier 4

Raditz (Early)
Goku (Early)
Trunks (Early)
Yamcha (End)
Saibamen

Commentary

* Not many surprises in Tier 1. Anyone who is in the same league as Vegeta are unquestionably top-tiers. With that said, I've estimated that Raditz >= Goku > Gohan based on their scaling at the beginning of the arc.

* Piccolo and Nappa, who are roughly equal to each other in this What-If, should be stronger than the Earthlings, but weaker than the Top Tiers, both by a margin wide enough to be on their own tier.

* Tier 3 is composed of pretty much anyone who can one-shot a Saibaman. The order is based on the canon one, with Tien being the strongest.

* Tier 4 are those who are roughly on Canon Raditz and Saibamen's levels. Although you said that all main characters are stronger than canon, you've also said the Earthlings continued to train as normal (which I've interpreted as the same as in canon), until Bulma notified them with the Gravity Room. Since Yamcha didn't join them due to still being salty about her marrying Goku, I left him out of the third tier.

* Lastly, I didn't bother listing anything lower than 1200, since it's mostly the Z-Fighters (sans Goku and Trunks) having the same power as in-canon at the beginning of the arc.

Feel free to rate it out of ten in terms of accuracy.

For the Super portion, I'd also like to offer a few expansions/corrections.

- Depending how strong you believe 1st form Freeza was in FnF, Trunks may cause him to transform before being stomped and would certainly have killed Tagoma. Unlike Gohan, Trunks wouldn't have slacked off enough to become weaker after the Boo Arc.
- With Zamasu's Zero Mortal Plan, that may affect one of the universes in the ToP due to him still causing damages before their Hakaishin could intervene. For simplicity, I'll say Universe 9 was the target due to Sidra being seemingly the weakest Hakaishin and thus, U9 are dealt with as quickly as in canon due to some of their stronger members likely being targeted.
- Yamcha may be chosen for the ToP instead of Ten. Not only does Yamcha have more experience amping up his power with Kaioken x50 (and Shin Kikoho is pretty badly nerfed in Super), but even if the Shin Kikoho were stronger it would be far more predictable to opponents after one use than an amped up Sokidan. I also doubt Ten would take #17's spot as even with him being easier to get in contact with, Goku would be curious to see how strong #17 had become and Ten would concede he probably couldn't keep up at this point. Assuming he's made the same GAINZ as the other humans did in the arc, Yamcha would have the power to keep up with those of SSJ tier and score quite a few victories with the Sokidan. If he's lucky, it may accidentally hit Damon when it's zipping around, saving #18 and Piccolo from getting snubbed of relevance and allowing them to prove some sort of distraction against the likes of Dyspo for a moment, at least enough to make defeating him easier for #17.

I'm going to say 7.5/10, mainly because of Tier 4. In my eyes, it'd go:

Post-training Yamcha
Initial Raditz
Saibaiman
Initial Goku
Initial Trunks

In my mind, Goku was only barely above the 1k range, Trunks below it and their combined power was what was able to defeat Raditz (not to mention excellent teamwork given how much they trained together). Being as strong as his canon self, I'd personally place Yamcha above Raditz given how the Saibaiman fight served to prove how the humans stacked up to a foe comparable to Raditz and Yamcha was confident in taking down all 4 of the remaining ones before the surprise getting Yamcha'd self-destruct. Battle power-wise, I'd say the way it'd go for Tier 4 is:

Post-training Yamcha - 1,480
Initial Raditz - 1,250
Saibaiman - 1,200
Initial Goku - 1,050
Initial Trunks - 981

Also, forgot to add what I'd call "Future Super" to the last post.

Despite Zamasu not targeting it, Future Bra's timeline isn't made completely static. With 6 surviving Saiyans being around, the God ritual can be performed. As it didn't happen in the main timeline, I'm going to say Broly, Paragus and Tarble's existence don't factor into making it early, so they have to be on Earth. One thing I didn't delve into prior was Future Toben's fate. You can assume she either survived all this time and was merely protecting Bulma and co. whilst Bra travelled in time and even if she died, she'd be revived along with Trunks. As for her absence in the Boo Arc, I'll say her future self is far more pessimistic, being worried in case essentially another Gero cropped up whilst the rest were gone and saying that meeting her father again wasn't necessary when knowing it would be difficult to visit his timeline consistently enough for their to be a genuine bond and her knowing her present self would be happy having a father was all she needed to know. More character for this Toben and a plot hole plugged.
With the birth of Trunks and Mai's child being inevitable (seeing as how the pun of Pan is lost with Videl, l will say they have a son called Gohan), the SSG ritual would be possible. I'll say Beerus doesn't wake up for 5 years after the future quartet's return home though, so the events of Future BoG occur coincide with same time as in the present timeline, just at a far later date.

With it being far harder to have lavish parties due to the world still recovering from the Artificial Humans both in economy and socially, there'd be few amounts of delicious food to satiate Beerus and he'd quickly want to fight the Super Saiyan God. The Dragon Balls would be used to confirm them and after some debate, Vegeta would be chosen as the candidate. Having witnessed how powerful his former timeline's Trunks had become, he would've gained such a resolve to improve he'd be as strong as his BoG self was normally, combined with being the most experienced member of the group and having enough of a personal reason to fight Beerus. Things go the same as Goku's fight and Vegeta is accepted to train under Whis. Having grown up in a hellish environment and knowing they can never be underprepared, Trunks, Bra and Toben all express their desire to train too, with Cell also wishing to do so. Having learned from the other timeline, Trunks goes to the Kaioshinkai and breaks the Z-Sword, getting his potential unlocked with Bra, Toben and Cell following soon after before starting their training. Bra and Trunks train far less consistently than the others, however, with Bra needing to look after Stocking and Trunks not wanting to completely neglect his son Gohan either in his early years.
The main difference here is the FnF doesn't happen at all. When Sorbet comes to Earth upon finding out the Dragon Balls exist there again, Bra and Trunks quickly get to him before he can make his wish and kill him. Even if he makes his wish, he wouldn't escape in time, so Freeza would remain dead either way.

I'll then say the timeline goes on a similar trajectory to Super's plot, so the Universe 6 tournament occurs. Unlike the main timeline, Beerus wouldn't see Monaka as a necessary motivator with how determined most of the fighters were to surpass any foe, so the U7 team ends up being Vegeta, Bra, Trunks, Toben and Cell. With things going similar in the Janken match, I'll say Bra goes first. With their training, all of the Saiyans would've achieved the God forms (Ultimate doesn't seem to be a form in the Super manga), all being roughly as strong as main timeline Goku (except for Toben who'd be lagging behind as significantly below Raditz's level. though this Cell would be far stronger than his canon self due to more training partners. Let's say he's reached Post-God SS3 tier). Bra decimates Botamo, Frost (not messing around as to get herself hit with the poison) and Magetta. Instead of Cabba, I'm going to say Caulifla takes part due to the increased time having allowed for her to gain more power and reputation. The events go pretty much the same with her and Bra is beaten by Hit. Trunks then goes forward and being far more like his father in a way similar to Future Gohan, is able to figure out how to counter Time Skip and defeats Hit with SSB. Zen-Oh shows up, though without someone with Goku's informal personality or a display of their strength, no friendship is formed. Toben and Vegeta do, however, express their disappointment in not getting to fight which leads to Zen-Oh considering a future tournament.

As for the Zamasu Arc, I'll say there's no Future Zamasu to make things any different due to time travel never being done without Time Rings in Universe 10, so that doesn't happen. I'll say that Toben eventually requests a tournament, to which Zen-Oh announces the Tournament of Power and the Hakaishin battle royale takes place. There is one notable difference, being that Belmod (who had expressed desire of retiring soon at the main timeline ToP) is replaced by Toppo, with the inexperienced Hakaishin being the weakest and is defeated quite early. Instead, he has Jiren as his successor along with him. Vegeta, Toben and Cell would be in attendance, with Vegeta expressing desire to face Jiren and being quickly oneshotted. With the stakes being made apparent, Vegeta and Bra would train in the Rosat together and achieve PSSB, whilst Trunks, Toben and Cell would spar fiercely to abuse as much Zenkais as they could. Finding another half of the team, however, would be difficult. Though Stocking would have gained some significant power for her age, she'd still be too far behind and too inexperienced to be considered.
There is one important difference with this ToP, however, being that it takes place a couple of months after the time it was occurring in within the main timeline. Beerus isn't told about this, so he doesn't immediately tell them not to. Trunks then uses the Time Machine to travel there with five micro bands (at this point a time in between the ToP and Moro Arc) and finds the Z-Warriors. After some consulting, the five extra fighters are decided. Goku is a given due to being key to defeating Jiren and being aware of what he's capable of. Raditz decides to participate to make up for his previous failure and see how his daughter has grown. Cell enters to see his future self's power as well as see if he can regain the power he had before. Trunks decides to enter too, along with Piccolo being recommended due to his knowledge making him a good tactician.

The ToP commences, with the U7 team being aware of what threats the opponents pose and mainly being a mix of cautious and ready to strike. Goku, Raditz and Vegeta go on the offensive whilst everyone else keeps a tight formation. Piccolo launches many ranged attacks and focuses on his hearing, his objective being to eliminate Damon which he eventually succceds at. With their intel and planning, the U7 team don't waste much time in defeating most of their opponents. U11's team is significantly weaker without Toppo participating, meaning Jiren is forced to take things far more seriously. That said, he doesn't mess about and makes sure to eliminate Goku as soon as he deals with Hit, being a heavy blow to U7. With Kefla's formation, the two Trunks form a plan to fuse as well with the dance, though this leads to Jiren taking the opportunity to KO the Present Trunks. Piccolo eventually succumbs to one of the opponents too, likely Dyspo, and the Cells are pushed back by Jiren. It's then that Future Cell proposes his present self absorb him through Namekian fusion, willing to see if this gamble works. The plan is a success and the resulting Cell is as strong as when he absorbed #17 and confident in his victory against Jiren.
There is just one problem - this Jiren is stronger than his canon self and has access to Hakai due to being Toppo's succession candidate. With power and a counter to Cell's regeneration, he is able to fatigue Cell enough that he is defeated. Though it takes a lot out of him, Jiren defeats Cell and turns his attention to the last line of defence for Universe 7 - Vegeta, Raditz, Bra, Toben and Trunks. In his anger at being so overlooked and that so many have managed to match or surpass him, Vegeta achieves SSBE and with Jiren being fairly fatigued, he proves somewhat difficult to KO. It is done so eventually, however, with Jiren still having power surpassing even PSSB Bra. Raditz is able to realise Jiren's weakness from the previous battle and says the team merely needs to keep fighting with teamwork until they wear him down. Bra leads the attack, with Raditz and Toben attacking with teamwork and Trunks proving a decent support. Eventually both Bra and Trunks are eliminated after wearing down Jiren, though Trunks last act was blinding him with Taiyoken. Raditz and his daughter then hammer Jiren with their teamwork, Raditz blocking all attacks aimed for his far weaker daughter whilst she counterattacks Jiren. Eventually, with a combined Double Sunday (or Quadruple Sunday), they push Jiren back and Toben uses it to propel herself forward and lock him in place to make sure he can't escape as they're both eliminated. The combined efforts of a father and daughter of both timelines gains victory and having been one of the major changes in the timeline from the start and being the one to conclude the series' current history of battles, Raditz is the victor and restores everything to normal.

As for a Future Moro Arc, I doubt it'd happen if Moro didn't escape earlier in Future Trunks' timeline when the time travel in no way interfered with that. I'll just assume he died of old age in prison and leave it at that.

Commentary

* Tier 1 are pretty much the God-Tiers of the arc. No surprise here.

* Jist like last time, tier 2 are below Freeza 100%, but still so much superior to the rest that they deserve their own tier. If Oozaru boosts the Saiyan's power by 10, then this version of Raditz should be the equivalent of KKx20 Goku after his final Zenkai.

* Tier 3 starts with those who can put up a fight with Initial Freeza and ends with Raditz, who represents the end of single digit millions PL due to being equal to KKx2 Final Zenkai Goku in canon.

* Tier 4 are generally those in between 2nd form Freeza and 3rd form Freeza. However, I've decided to put Enraged Trunks slightly below him, since Enraged Gohan gave some trouble to 3rd form Freeza. Trunks should be noticeably above him.

* For Tier 5, it starts with those who are clearly above Ginyu and ends with 1st form Freeza. I've decided again to put Trunks slightly below him and Vegeta, as after Gohan's potential was fully released in Namek arc, he was said to be strong enough to be helpful against 1st form Freeza. Also, due to Yamcha being around 50-60k, he'd be about 250-300k with KKx5.

* Tier 6 are those in-between Ginyu and the rest of the Ginyu Force (except Guldo).

* Tier 7 are pretty much all of the Freeza mooks below the Ginyu Force, and those who can beat them.

Could've used including Pre-Saichoro Piccolo and Trunks in as a reference point (I'd personally place the latter more or less on Gurd's level) as well as pre-training Raditz and Goku, but that's more of a preference than a critique. Could also use Yamcha's Genki-Dama just to show respect for the arc's GOAT human Yamchad. :panties

Initial Saichoro Trunks ought to be slightly lower since he's only equal to post-1st Zenkai Vegeta, who would be more skilled. I'd also say Enraged Trunks ought to be entering Tier 4 if not solidly in there with the likes of Final Zenkai Vegeta, given how Trunks has been considerably above Gohan at the same points in the arc. For that reason, I'd also place Peak Saichoro Trunks at the top of Tier 5 or bottom of Tier 4, given by the time he reached that level, Freeza had already reached his 2nd form and was going into his 3rd so Trunks wouldn't have been able to take the win anyway.

Other than that, no major complaints. 9.5/10

1. I don't think Old Kai would accept to unlock everybody's potential and their mommas'. And I don't think anyone would ask for it unless there was an emergecny. Otherwise, Goku/Vegeta would have unlocked their potential too in canon.
2. Why didn't Cell selfdestruct after vomiting Seventeen so that he would get back the power boost (the same way he was perfect without Eighteen after selfdestruct in canon)?
