I'd probably agree with Raging Blast 2, though 1 leaves a lot to be desired. It was a definite step-up from the Tenkaichi series, though it's hard to say it looks better than Burst Limit did with how great the cel-shading was in that game. There's also FighterZ's great modelling/graphics and Kakarot to consider (minus some of the non-cinematic cutscenes and glitches).

I forgot Kakarot was a thing. Never seen it.
