So, I was watching the anime, the Minks vs Kaido's people thing.

What I want to know is, are the two mink boss people seriously strong or is Jack just kinda meh?

He gains a good bit of muscle after the time skip but yeah he's not as buff as some of the other characters, I wouldn't call him skinny though.

Little bit of both. They're definitely close to Yonko Commander tier, though seeing as how Jack is only one of Kaido's top men, it's likely he's one of, if not the, weakest of the three Disasters based on the card motif implying that King > Queen > Jack, with it being debatable whether Kaido is king or not. Most likely, Jack's around Vista's level.

Is Leopard Lucci 4000 douriki or the 4000 is just for his base form?

Douriki purely measures physical strength and doesn't take DFs into account. I don't see why it'd measure Leopard Lucci's douriki when Lucci wasn't using the form.

If Admiral Tier is 100 what would you consider Yonko Commander Tier to be?

Like 130 minimum I'd say.

edit: oh commander tier, I have no idea.

I guess if using DB gaps as a baseline for scaling, probably around 85-95. There's some difference in power between each Yonko Commander, though they can each hold their own against Admirals for some time, even if somewhat inferior.

No battle power numbers but you can make power chains.

Well there was a PL type thing called douriki that was there for an arc.

Though it only measured pure physical strength and didn't take into account Devil Fruit powers. It was somewhat useful for scaling purposes though.

Which Supernova's Devil Fruit interests you guys the most?
I'd say Basil's for now, I'd really like to see what that monster mode of his is actually able to do.

Probably Hawkins' as well. Kid and Bonney are also up there, seeing as how haxed both of them could be. I'm mainly interested to see if the theory of Bonney's DF abilities making her a former asset of the World Government is true.
