I know the anime doesn't try to make much sense, but is this the other Goku or do Goku and Vegeta some-how learn SSJ4? Wouldn't they need a tail?

Since it's an ad, the run time is 5 minutes, if you don't count the opening and ending. Also, it's barely animated, the best I can say about it is that the art looks decent occasionally. The ideas presented within it are terrible. Stuff like Golden Coola, an evil Saiyan who can fight toe to toe with SSJB Kaio Ken Vegetto, etc. It also doesn't explain anything, the story starts out with Goku, and Vegeta at Whis's place training, but Trunks and Mai are randomly there. They do not explain that.

Because, it's an ad. Really it almost feels unfair holding it up to the standards of a proper show.

It's a shitty fanfiction turn into an animation. I think DBAF that I've watched were much better than Heroes.
