I think Toriyama keeps Piccolo and Gohan relatively the same power as he did in RoF and I think he probably still only has them as Blue. I don't think Toriyama cares too much about the anime or manga interpretations, not enough for him to be forced to accept their narratives.

Gohan's Oozaru form isn't influenced by rage, there's no way Gohan is 13k shortly after the Raditz Arc. What is Gohan during the Vegeta Arc? He's fully healed too, right? ANd Vegeta can beat 3 of him if he was at full power? This is important here.

When was Goku's Kamehameha harvested for data? I would argue that the original Kamehameha is what Cell inherited. Or possibly the Kaioken Kamehameha, which has no amp. But, I am leaning towards the original Kamehameha.
